BIOFLOW-WP flow stabilizers are designed and customized to meet individual customer needs based on the required flow rate and water head.

Operating Principle:
Hydrostatic pressure in the controlled tank increases proportionally to the liquid level. The water vortex created in the swirling chamber grows as the hydrostatic pressure increases. The increasing vortices in the main chamber generate backflows, which hinder the flow to a specified, limiting flow rate, maintaining it at a constant level.

Construction:
The regulator is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, depending on the device’s size, ensuring high durability. Our systems consist of:

• outlet spout
• swirling flow chamber
• outlet for connecting pipelines
• optional flange for pipeline connection
• wall mounting bracket
