Flow Stabilizing Regulator BIOFLOW-WS
Description:
BIOFLOW-WS flow stabilizers are designed and customized to meet individual customer needs based on the required flow rate and water head.
Operating Principle:
Hydrostatic pressure in the controlled tank increases proportionally to the liquid level. The water vortex created in the swirling chamber grows as the hydrostatic pressure increases. The increasing vortices in the main chamber generate backflows, hindering the flow, which does not exceed the limiting flow to a given height.
Construction:
The regulator is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel or other material depending on customer requirements. Our systems consist of:
- outlet spout
- swirling flow chamber
- outlet for connecting pipelines
- optional flange for pipeline connection
